I just had the most incredible experience at McFarland KIA to start off the new year, and I cannot recommend them enough! Joel, JP, and Pollini are absolute standouts who made the entire car-buying proces KIA to start off the new year, and I cannot recommend them enough! Joel, JP, and Pollini are absolute standouts who made the entire car-buying process completely seamless from start to finish. I drove away in a new 2026 Sorento Hybrid, but it was the level of service that really blew me away. Joel Purdham, in particular, was a phenomenal product specialist. From the very first moment I walked through the door, I felt like he was truly in my corner and had my best interests at heart. He was there for every step, from the test drive to formulating a deal that actually worked for me. The thing that really set this experience apart was when Joel went above and beyond anything I could have ever expected. I had already traded in my old vehicle, but was scrambling to finalize my down payment processing at a local Walmart for a cashier's check. Before I was even authorized to drive off in my new Sorento, Joel actually loaned me his personal vehicle so I could get to the store and back to get everything squared away! I have never seen a person in this industry show that kind of trust and genuine care for a customer. It turned a stressful moment into a total win. Everyone at McFarland was so welcoming and helpful. They were never pushy. I was there to see about an older model car that was a demo but after they came back with comparable prices on newer cars it m They were never pushy. I never even would have thought about that and I am now driving a brand new model of the car I originally went in to see and at a similar price! More
