I, like many, found the car I wanted online and reached out to the dealership. I drove an hour to the dealership because they had the best deal on the car I desired. When I arrived, the car was ready out front and moments later I was test driving the car. Polly was polite, respectful, personable, and professional, and so was Sarah who came in to finish the process. The car was exactly as advertised, and the price was great. Couldn't be happier with Woody's. I will return. More

Polly Applebury worked diligently with me throughout the entire process, and I couldn't have had a better experience. Any question or concern I had along the way she was right there for me. She made every effort to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Woody's had the Jeep we wanted, but it was Polly that got us the 1700 miles out there and through the door. Once we flew into Kansas City she had arranged transportation for us to the dealership. In person she was what every dealership needs: professional, efficient, kind, considerate, genuine. She even checked in on us throughout our drive home to make sure we were getting along safely. Thank you, Polly, for such a pleasant experience. Showed out off the blue and were the first ones in the door. What a great experience and great choice of dealership. I’ve bought 33 cars in the last 22 years and this was by far the easiest. Would have been easier had I made an appointment. Vehicle only had one key, but parts and service came through with another fob and programming. Floor mats were also missing, but had other 2018’s on the lot to rectify that as well. Detail shop worked swiftly. Sarah in finance was very organized and well spoken. Finally, I can’t say enough about Polly our saleswoman. It was freezing cold and snowing, but she was a grinder. Swapping plates, finding floor mats and making sure we were well taken care of. After 20 years of military service, it was certainly nice to have this experience on a special day. Thanks Woody’s, we will be back. Dave/Erin 2018 Durango R/T More
