Please if you are looking into purchasing a used vehicle (because that is the only department I had dealt with at this dealership) just save yourself the headache and go to a different dealership. Not only did this place bait and switch us, they ran my husband's credit without asking and then had him sign the paper authorizing to do so, after the fact. On top of that, we had a check ready and signed (through a bank of our choosing) to hand over for the specific vehicle we were interested in. They flat out threatened us that we would be charged more than the pricing that we had seen listed on their website, if we financed with that specific lendor. I am not sure why the dealership thinks it is acceptable to discredit a military bank and then try to force us to pay more??? It seems like pretty shady business practices, in my opinion. The icing on the cake is that we actually did end up financing with a lendor they chose (again without asking for permission) to find out that they still charged us $4,000 more than the listed price on the website AND our interest rate was higher than the one offered by our original bank which they had also "promised" would be lower as well. All in all, of the many dealerships we have been to and cars we had purchased over the past 12 years together, this was by far the worst ever in customer service and business pratices. This dealership and their employees are the exact reason that people dislike dealing with salesmen and dealerships in the first place. The lies, deceit and all of the other negative connotations that are always associated with carbuying has been seared into our brains forever thanks to this place. We will definitely be leaving this review everywhere we can so that people are aware of the unethical business practices of this dealership and to hopefully help prevent this type of situation from occurring to someone else. More

Joe Monti "rude and classless" Recently purchased a town and country. Came in door from true car with an out the door price. After inking the deal with Joe Wexler was called into Recently purchased a town and country. Came in door from true car with an out the door price. After inking the deal with Joe Wexler was called into managers office "Joe Monti" and made to feel as if I had done something wrong because his sales person had made some sort of pricing mistake. He was nasty and discourteous. In the end the vehicle I drove off with was not detailed correctly and was missing the heated seats and flex fuel engine that was listed on sticker and true car. Told to come back for a a proper detail on the car. When I showed up Mr. Monti again was rude. Told me he could detail it with ease but he won't. Moral: if you buy from this dealership you must check every option listed, including the spare tire. They stand behind nothing they sell. With no apologies. I'd probably move on and find another place to purchase. More

RONALD CORDERO Provided Excellent Customer Service Recently I went to Town & Country car dealership to purchase a vehicle for my birthday. I thought the salesman would've been just like the others that I've visited prior just looking to get 'a quick sale' but to my astonishment, he was actually very genuine, he had a real concern about my interest and was kind enough to give me adequate information about the Jeep which best satisfy my needs. My friends and I were very amazed at the extent of Ronald's knowledge concerning: financing the vehicle, insuring the vehicle etc. He was very enthusiastic about his job and he's a down to earth people person to say the least. I didn't have a ride to pick up my car the following day and Ronald came to pick me up in HIS PERSONAL CAR at the train station just so I could enjoy my birthday! This is the kind of person he is. Ronald made my experience with Town & Country memorable. Overall, Town & Country has an excellent staff they're very professional and have a wealth of knowledge to give their customers before they make their purchase just so you could weigh your options from the jump. I would definitely recommend this dealership to any and everyone who's in the market for a nice used or new vehicle. They only give you the best and I'm speaking from experience! More

The worst dealership I purchased a 2015 Chrysler 200 on 11/11/15 literally 2 weeks later my car stalled while I was driving on the parkway and I almost was rear ended by a I purchased a 2015 Chrysler 200 on 11/11/15 literally 2 weeks later my car stalled while I was driving on the parkway and I almost was rear ended by another vehicle. My car automatically when into shift P and the gear was locked blinking in drive also the Air bag service light came on a week after I bought the car as well. Abs is another I am having too.These issues were temporarily fixed. I went to the service center countless times. I will never buy from Town and Country again or recommend this dealership to anyone. The cars are made very cheap I regret it so much More

Warranty rip off Sold me a warranty for 2000 and didn't tell me I was buying it ... just slipped in in with other paperwork ... when I spotted it that night I called Sold me a warranty for 2000 and didn't tell me I was buying it ... just slipped in in with other paperwork ... when I spotted it that night I called and was told it cannot be cancelled . The warranty company said of course you can cancel and they refunded me 850. That's what they charge for a warranty . The dealership kept the rest and wouldn't answer calls or e mails . Now it's small claims court . Don't go to these people. They're scammers and lie to your face. Several others have since told me similar experiences w these people .
