Phil in sales and rich demott in finance were great . Phil helped me find exactly what I was looking for with no rush and had answers for all of my questions. He made it an easy choice to give my business to town and country . Rich was a pleasure to work with and was honest and very helpful. I had never received a loan and had zero credit , he still was able to help me get my car . He called me the day after I bought my car to get me an even better rate . I highly recommend this dealer and I will definately Be back for my next car. More

Horrible service Unprofessional, didn't receive title for two weeks, car wasn't prepared at all even though they charged approx $1500 in fees. Sales manger made myself and spouse uncomfortable. During sale process he had computer/printer problems and instead finding a quick solution, he suggested for us to go grab lunch for an hour so he fix the problem.They overload the car full of fees, they don't provide proper information, had to run title and insurance background due to uncertainty of performance. Sales person calls me 3 days after taking the car off lot that he wants to see me at my place of work bc they didn't get all my signatures. Absolutely unprofessional. More

Scam artists Biggest scam artists I have ever dealt with. Will pass you along to different people and charge you different fees as you go along the process. Also, will change the cars marketed price depending if you finance with them or not and sneak in different papers to sign that are not what you wanted (like an extended warranty that you stated no on).Then when asking for all the copies of paper work they stated that they couldn't do that until all things were process correctly. This dealer stole over 4,000 dollars from me ........ the ending price of the car ended up being the purchase of a new car. They were also rude to me when I found this out and tried to correct it and kicked me out of the building stating that the deal was done and nothing that I could do now......lawsuit time.....DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!!!! More

The coordinator did not show up. My salesman passed me off to someone else (it was their first day). Refused to talk about financing without committing to buy the car. The manager could not be more rude off to someone else (it was their first day). Refused to talk about financing without committing to buy the car. The manager could not be more rude. He actually rolled his eyes at me and my wife. They try to charge an extra 1000$ in "dealer fees." The manager was incredibly unprofessional. I wound up buying the car i would have bought there at a different dealership. Absolutely rediculous. More
