Dan was the first honest salesman I've ever met in my life!! Dan didn't ignore me because of my race or my request in a car he simply helped me! I worked with Mark and Lance before and I feel as if I was a bother to them, THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING WRONG but maybe its because they didn't have the car I wanted at the time or because I wanted money off that couldn't be taken off but either way everyone was great, but was the one that helped me at the end. and he helped with everything! although it was little more than I planned on spending at first I saw the value of the truck and I saw that everything he said was 100% honest! id rather give my money to someone who cares about what he does and someone who works with me as much as he could; than someone who possibly has the lower price and horrible salespeople. like Merrick or security dodge!! those guys are liars and scam artist!! but thanks to dan I have a new/ certified pre-owned 2017 ram that has all that I wanted and then some! More

my wife and I have been looking for a Nissan Murano or rogue for a couple of months now and we were finally able to get the car we've been looking for from town and country. happy but not satisfied so a few days ago I went to the pre-owned department and I worked with Dan. Dan did his job to the best of his ability and really took his time to exp so a few days ago I went to the pre-owned department and I worked with Dan. Dan did his job to the best of his ability and really took his time to explain every detail of the Grand Cherokee he possibly could. He gave my all the safety features, all the features in the car and all the certification perks, the only problem was that I wanted to be at a lower monthly payment. Dan told me he couldn't calculate it which was fine and I understood why he couldn't but one of the managers gave me a monthly payment that I thought was what it was going to be if not a little bit less. come to find out the monthly payment was A LOT higher than what I was told by one of the managers. in my eyes that killed everything for me, I was happy to hear what the finance manager said but at the end of the day I had a number in mind and I was told a number really close to that number then the last number I got was wayyyyyyy off. if its your job to know numbers please do it right. You cost dan money. I don't know if ill be back but If I do come back just tell me you don't know and let finance give me the real numbers. More

It took us about 9 different cars to choose from but im happy to say that we now have a 2019 certified preowned Jeep Cherokee. but this wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for dan, rob and my mom Maryann who made this happen. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying/leasing a brand new/certified pre-owned through this dealership. They find ways to rip you off just so they can get the money in the end. Tried to charge me an extra $1400 because I didn’t want to go through their insurance because my insurance rates were a lot lower than theirs. Wouldn’t even take the time to work something out. Unbelievable! Worst management I’ve ever dealt with at a dealership. Take business elsewhere where you are treated well, you won’t find that here. More

On 8/31/2019 The used salesperson Dan, mentions that there are extra charges to be over $4,000 dollars more than the price of the car!! And its the law as per the dealership to charge me this high prices. They will not lower the price at all. I had contacted other dealers and they laugh at me because it is nto true. It is so sad that I served my country and I'm a veteran and I get poor services. I just wanted to get a car Of my dream, That's OK I have time there are other dealers wanted to sell and to have customer satisfaction.
