Starting with Eddie, he was incredibly friendly and really helped ease my nerves about the whole process, since I was a first-time buyer. He made it clear early on that he was there to work with me so we could both leave the conversation happy and content with the deal we agreed on. Eddie left for a little bit so Kimmy could come over and talk about the various protective services that were available. I appreciate that she was not trying to pressure me into getting anything and instead was going over each option in detail, letting me know the practical usage of each one. Lastly, I talked with Premo to finalize the purchase. He made the procedure pretty straightforward, easy to understand, answered any questions I had, and did what he could to make it go as smooth as possible.
