This required us to take our kids to the dance in an Uber vehicle. The Uber happened to be a brand new Chevy Suburban, which my wife and I found to be a beautiful car. Ulises and Bill were great to deal with.. very friendly & really did a great job for me for what I felt was a great deal on a new Equinox. The dealership itself was a little further for me compared with other Chevy shops, but on a recommendation I decided to go to Naperville, and I'm very glad I did. My questions before and after the test drive were all answered, along with detailed explanations of the process, and service. They also have a great driving test track I haven't seen anything like before. I didn't feel pressured to purchase, and when I wanted to take the night to consider it I was offered to take the car home for the night. The following day I bombarded Ulises with questions, but he answered them all promptly and thoroughly. When I decided on the purchase, the financing and purchase process with Premo was the fastest I've had to deal with yet. Waiting room had starbucks, water bottles, play room for kids.. just a very nice package overall. I will definitely buy from them again. More
