Overall the experience was positive. Communication was great with the agents. The process was overall easy. I do wish they knew more about the vehicle I was purchasing and I wish the Communication was great with the agents. The process was overall easy. I do wish they knew more about the vehicle I was purchasing and I wish the car was cleaner. We had to resend it back 3 times before taking the keys to have food removed, and in the end it still wasn't great (chips in cupholders). I would do service with Corwin again, which is a positive. More

During our search for a new truck, we visited many dealerships. Hands down my Wife & I felt most comfortable with Stephen and the kind folks at Corwin Toyota. Stephen's ability to establish rapport an dealerships. Hands down my Wife & I felt most comfortable with Stephen and the kind folks at Corwin Toyota. Stephen's ability to establish rapport and eagerness to show off the Tundra was impressive. He answered all of our questions thoroughly, and we felt like we were in good hands during the entire process. Stephen further sealed the deal as our favorite Salesmen of all time when he stayed after hours to help me setup my phone & car play. I took several of his business cards afterward because I will eagerly send people to him when they ask me where I got such a fine vehicle! That's all because I have 100% confidence that they will be taken care of the same way he took care of us! If it were possible to give Stephen more that 5 stars it would certainly be appropriate! More
