Minor Feedback— I do wish someone quickly highlighted all of the unique/different car features before we drove off. The security system was also not disabled after we left, so the car went into anti-theft mode when we went to our first destination, and it slowly rolled backwards. The car would not start. Luckily, Prosper came out of the way, drove to us, and disabled the lock, and we were able to start the car and go home. Glad to be a part of the Honda family now! More

I was misinformed on a couple of issues and tricked into making a huge downpayment that wasn't at all necessary. I filed complaint with the head manager of the dealership, but was not given any satisfaction making a huge downpayment that wasn't at all necessary. I filed complaint with the head manager of the dealership, but was not given any satisfaction other than an offer to wash & detail my car. In exchange for a $5000 hoodwink? I don't think so! The fact that I'd leased with this dealership without problems since the early 1990's didn't seem to merit any "give" on their part. I won't go back there again and I will tell my friends and other potential HONDA buyers/leasers to look elsewhere. The Finance manager was especially "slippery" and deceptive. Not only that, but I was treated quite coldly and not with what I would consider the respect that a loyal customer for almost 30 years deserves. The car lot "roundup cowboy", whose name escapes me, was especially poor in handling the deal. I should have called a halt to the trade-in and lease right at that point. He did not do the minimum of what a salesman should probably have done. In understand that he is no longer with the dealership; probably the shortest-lived salesman in its history! More
