Tom was great, he went above and beyond to find the car I was looking for. His team was absolutely amazing and kept me advised of what was going on in looking for the right car! They even called to let me know when my car had arrived on the transport truck. I got to drive the CRV for the first time with only 5 miles on it. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to buy a car from. Tom was able to got our payment down to what we could afford monthly with our income. They made sure my car had what I needed, to take care of my husband. They even went to him to sign the paperwork! Thank you Tom and Jose! You two are fantastic! More

This is my second time buying at Sierra Honda,. My first one was a used 2000 CRV which I had for about 17 years. This time, I went to accompany my cousin who was looking for a car. We met Saul Gait My first one was a used 2000 CRV which I had for about 17 years. This time, I went to accompany my cousin who was looking for a car. We met Saul Gaitan who is an excellent sales representative, very helpful, knowledgeable, and explains you in detail not only the features of a specific car, but also the differences between leasing and buying a car, price details, etc. and helps you to find the car of your dreams. I mentioned to Saul that I was planning to trade in my 2019 HRV, but until October, and that I will get a new HRV in white. He started informing us of the advantage of trading in at the present moment since my cousin wanted to trade in her car, and I became interested. Three days later, he called my cousin to let her know that Sierra Honda just got a fleet of new 2024 HRVs with the color she wanted, and that they also had a white one. That day, I went from my worksite directly to the dealer, and my cousin got there too, and we ended up getting a HRV each. I got my beautiful white HRV and I’m very happy with it! We got an excellent price for the trade in, and a very good price for the new HRV! Thank you Saul Gaitan for your help and your patience, and to Charlie in finishing signing the contract! More
