While my Mini came back to me nice and clean and there was nothing wrong with the car so my bil was $00!......waiting 2.5 hours for an oil change and check is wayyyy toooo long!!!! If in would have been communicated to that an oil change would take that long 8 would have gotten a replacement or happily paid another service to change my oil! More

Ripped off All was fine, except technician I spoke to regarding rental car given to me failed to listen, this ended in me being charged $20 for gas I did not use All was fine, except technician I spoke to regarding rental car given to me failed to listen, this ended in me being charged $20 for gas I did not use. I drove 90 miles. Car was given to me half full and slip marked as 3/4 full. I put 3 gallons in. I told all this to technician. Then charged to fill the tank, I drove 90 miles, how could I have used 7 gallons either way. Very disappointed. More

I really wish I could give Preston and Ottos more than 5 stars. I came in, early on a Saturday, with no appointment and a flat tire.
