Oil change and tune up Preston was great to work with - he noted my concerns regarding my Cooper's performance and diagnosed and corrected all of them. I'm happy to report Preston was great to work with - he noted my concerns regarding my Cooper's performance and diagnosed and corrected all of them. I'm happy to report that my MINI now runs as well as the day I bought it at Otto's almost three years ago with Pete Barcus' help. The repairs took a few hours and my husband, who took the car in and was waiting for it to be done, reported that Preston came out and offered to get him lunch. Talk about going above and beyond! Otto's is a family dealership that treats its customers like family! More
