Always confident I used to take my Mini to be serviced at the dealer from which I purchased it (which is closer to my home). However, when the extended warranty ran out, I began taking it to Otto's because I had heard such great things about the quality of its service. I have not been disappointed. Preston has always be great - even when I couldn't get a scheduled appointment, he arranged a loaner while the technicians diagnosed the problem. I have complete confidence in Otto's team - and I do still love my Clubman after 100,000 miles. More
