We had three months to go on a 2016 RAV 4 and thought of changing it up this time. Stopping off at Carl Burger and there was little pressure I felt. Picked out a new Limited X and started to work the price. Jake and Preston did such a good job getting us to a comfortable price we just couldn't pass. My wife lives her new JGC, now I have to sell my 97' Limited JGC, but fair trade I think. More

Was helped by a snarky salesman named Prescott who didn't seem interested in any of my questions but expressed more irritation rather. I agreed to sit down and try to see what they can offer. They came back with a deal basically saying to pay them back what they pay off on my car which if I could I would just pay it off and get a different car anyway. I was insulted so I gave an equally ridiculous deal and then I watched them laugh in a room trying to make an impossible deal rather than do actual realistic business. Im pretty sure this wouldn't have happened to a man. I walked out and will be taking my loss somewhere else even if I pay more. Preston made sure to let me know how stupid my deal was off to the side in his best passive aggressive customer service syle and cowardly away from management, that confirmed my business needs to go elsewhere. What a shame because I read really great reviews about other salesmen there and would have loved to be a return customer, even mentioned this trying to warm up rude Preston . Back to CarMax I go! I needed a real business transaction not a salesman who has no desire to sell. More

Confident Car Search Wow! What a fabulous experience! After much debate in needing to get me a new vehicle, this dealership did everything in his power to make me feel co Wow! What a fabulous experience! After much debate in needing to get me a new vehicle, this dealership did everything in his power to make me feel confident that this was the right choice and vehicle for me! From the time we walked on the lot, through the test drive, through all of the finance and paperwork, every single person we had helping us out was nothing but reassuring, and knowledgeable. Having the confidence of knowing I can bring my vehicle in for repairs, or just knowing I can call and ask questions has just been the icing on the cake! I would whole heartedly recommend this dealership, and our salesman, Preston Skinner, to anyone who even thinks they may be in the market for a new car! The family owned aspect of this dealership is reflected in how their employees treat their customers, and who wouldn’t want that? Thank you Carl Burger for getting me on the road and feeling safe and confident! More
