Don't recommend if your a single woman going in alone Went there totally expecting a loss on my Prius with a trade in. Was helped by a snarky salesman named Prescott who didn't seem interested in any of m Went there totally expecting a loss on my Prius with a trade in. Was helped by a snarky salesman named Prescott who didn't seem interested in any of my questions but expressed more irritation rather. I agreed to sit down and try to see what they can offer. They came back with a deal basically saying to pay them back what they pay off on my car which if I could I would just pay it off and get a different car anyway. I was insulted so I gave an equally ridiculous deal and then I watched them laugh in a room trying to make an impossible deal rather than do actual realistic business. Im pretty sure this wouldn't have happened to a man. I walked out and will be taking my loss somewhere else even if I pay more. Preston made sure to let me know how stupid my deal was off to the side in his best passive aggressive customer service syle and cowardly away from management, that confirmed my business needs to go elsewhere. What a shame because I read really great reviews about other salesmen there and would have loved to be a return customer, even mentioned this trying to warm up rude Preston . Back to CarMax I go! I needed a real business transaction not a salesman who has no desire to sell. More
