Went in with 8000 down of money I worked hard to save and got a truck I've had in the shop 7 times in the first 3 months.. they agreed to fix one thing on them but only if I signed something saying they are got a truck I've had in the shop 7 times in the first 3 months.. they agreed to fix one thing on them but only if I signed something saying they aren't liable for anything else which I refused to sign.. thank goodness there was a miscommunication between them and the shop and the shop took care of it before they asked me to sign the release but they weren't aware of that.. I've wanted a truck for yrs but this has been nothing but issue after issue and now I'm stuck in a loan I have to pay regardless of how bad the truck had been More

Absolutely killed the service game. Bought a used car, couple issues resolved before we took the vehicle home. 30 miles out 2 tpms sensors show up bad/low battery. This was the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. Preston and Andrew were wonderful.
