Went in with 8000 down of money I worked hard to save and got a truck I've had in the shop 7 times in the first 3 months.. they agreed to fix one thing on them but only if I signed something saying they are got a truck I've had in the shop 7 times in the first 3 months.. they agreed to fix one thing on them but only if I signed something saying they aren't liable for anything else which I refused to sign.. thank goodness there was a miscommunication between them and the shop and the shop took care of it before they asked me to sign the release but they weren't aware of that.. I've wanted a truck for yrs but this has been nothing but issue after issue and now I'm stuck in a loan I have to pay regardless of how bad the truck had been More

I would like to give them a better review, but I bought my used Toyota Tacoma exactly two weeks ago, and I have had it in my possession for a total of 22 hours. The day after I purchased it, the whole dash my used Toyota Tacoma exactly two weeks ago, and I have had it in my possession for a total of 22 hours. The day after I purchased it, the whole dash lit up with alarm codes. Victory told me to take it to a Toyota dealer since it was still under the manufacturers warranty. Toyota has had it since then and still has no idea what is wrong with it. The Toyota dealer now has me in a loaner car. I don't know if there is anything Victory could have done to see this coming. Toyota did say that this truck was in the shop for this same problem 5 days before being traded in to Victory. I guess Victory didn't dig too deep into the CarFax to find out what was done at that service point. So after buying a 1 year old truck with 31,000 miles on it, it has turned into a really expensive test drive. Victory was very nice through the test drive and purchase, I have let them know that I am still without a truck, and they apologized for that, but haven't really done anything or offered to help in any way other than offer to call the Toyota dealer where it is. I am already getting updates from them, so I'm not sure what having a 3rd party call them and ask questions is going to do. I don't know what I'm even expecting from Victory at this point other than a sympathy card. The whole thing has just turned into a train wreck. Would I buy from Victory again? I think so. Would I ask more questions about the service history? Yes. I don't want to leave them a bad review, but I've been emailed a couple of times asking for a review, but I have nothing to review other than the loaner car a different dealer is providing me at this point. I also went in with a prequalified loan from another lender at a certain interest rate. Victory's financing department couldn't get me the same rate, they were about 0.2% higher, but they told me if I don't finance through them, then the selling price would go up. So I got a higher interest rate in order to knock $1000 off the price. Not a preferred way to proceed, but wasn't worth the argument on my end. More

Overall, my experience was excellent. I flew in and needed to get back on the road quickly, and your team had the truck ready. I signed a few papers and was back on the road in no time.
