I like their straight up approach of negotiating price and trade-in. Their first offer was pretty much on target for where we needed to be. We did some fine tune tweaking on the deal, but we weren't far and trade-in. Their first offer was pretty much on target for where we needed to be. We did some fine tune tweaking on the deal, but we weren't far apart; unlike many dealers that try and use all kinds of sales tactics and it takes forever to find that "sweet" zone, if you ever do. From test drive through purchase this by far was the best buying experience I have had with a dealership. No pressure and no back and forth negotiating. Great price for a great vehicle. Amazing Experience! Tito and Taysha did an incredible job of coordinating the purchase of my new Escape. Duval Ford is the best. I just bought a new 2019 Ranger at Duval to replace my previous 2019 that was totaled. I always went to Duval for service although another Ford dealer is only 10 minutes from my hom at Duval to replace my previous 2019 that was totaled. I always went to Duval for service although another Ford dealer is only 10 minutes from my home and Duval is 40 minutes. I like Duval that much. Also, Larry Beverly was a great salesperson. Very open and a problem solver. More
