Overall I’m happy with the quality of service I receive at Ziegler. This particular visit I waited at the dealership during my service. I was told that the services that I requested be performed, as wel at Ziegler. This particular visit I waited at the dealership during my service. I was told that the services that I requested be performed, as well as the scheduled maintenance that the service department rep indicated were due on my car would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours to complete. I waited over 3 hours and 15 minutes. I was also informed by the service department rep after my car was complete, that they would take off an additional $50 for having added the additional services that I agreed to. I checked out, and when I got home I looked at my bill. There was no additional $50 taken off. Guess that’s on me to add it all up when I’m doing the checkout to verify what they tell me is actually being given. For those 2 reasons, this particular appointment doesn’t receive the ratings that I would typically give Ziegler. More

I purchased my Honda CRV from Zeigler Honda ( previous Honda of Racine). I choose to take my CRV to the dealer for regular maintenance. Zeigler Honda has always been professional, knowledgable and reliable. Prince has helped me two times. He even remembered my name. If there is a coupon/discount available they will give it to you. I also had the opportunity to work with John the service manager. He assisted me with some concerns I had regarding my CRV. I requested that someone ride with me so they could hear the noise my CRV was making. One of the technicians rode with me. He was very polite, knowledgable and responsible. More
