Ziegler Racine is a dealership that has high pressured sales individuals. It was pushy and not upfront. We also requested items that we were told we could get and have now been waiting 3 1/2 weeks for a call back. It was the owner operating manual and a 2nd key. Not that hard for them to get. We were also told that we could take the managers truck as a loaner and just came to find out that was just a line of xx. Anything to get a sale. We’re introduced as VIP customers and once the paperwork was signed he walked past us like we didn’t even exist. Not great customer service or follow through on this dealership. More
