My wife and I had a great experience buying our first brand new car here today. I had been in contact with Heather at the dealership and she was great at helping me set up a time to come in. Once I got t brand new car here today. I had been in contact with Heather at the dealership and she was great at helping me set up a time to come in. Once I got there she set us up with Chris Taylor who I don't think could have made the car buying experience any better. I expected to have to spend some time negotiating but from the start of the test drive to having a deal, that was I feel fair for both of us, was about an hour. We met with John in financing who helped us get set up with a loan at the terms we wanted while in fact getting us an even better interest rate then I had prequalified for. Usually the financing office would be the worst part of the experience but this was different. He gave us all the information on warranties and extra protections all while not making us feel pressured at all to purchase anything we didn't want or need. Finally after settling the financials we took delivery of our car. Before leaving Chris introduced us to Prince. Prince was awesome and sat outside in the car with us going over all the technology and features of the car. He also set up my wife's phone and settings to her preferences. We did not feel rushed and he answered any questions we had making sure we understood all the features before leaving the lot. Overall the experience we had buying a car today was easy and we experienced great service by everyone we met. I will definitely be shopping at Mohawk Honda again in the future for any Honda purchases our family makes and will reccomend anyone I know looking to get a Honda to make a trip to Mohawk. More

We had a great shopping experience at Mohawk Honda. There was no pressure from anyone to buy a car or the warranty products. As part of shopping for new Honda CR-V EX model, we visited Mohawk Honda on Columbus day October 14th, 2019 and were introduced to Evan Zwahlen a Sales and Leasing Consultant. From the beginning ti visited Mohawk Honda on Columbus day October 14th, 2019 and were introduced to Evan Zwahlen a Sales and Leasing Consultant. From the beginning till end Evan Zwahlen gracefully and respectfully answered all our questions. He himself took us (my wife was there) for a test drive on 2019 Honda CR-V EX and explained in detail all features of the car with animatic expressions. We were very impressed. We also asked for the price and technical feature differences between CR-V and Odyssey model. He did present to us with much pleasure. From the time we left the shop, Evan Zwahlen constantly kept in touch with us and asked us how can he help us. On November 30th 2019, when he had planned to visit and buy 2019 Honda CR-V from a Different dealer shop because they were offering us a competitive price, Evan Zwahlen called me the same day when I was at Russell Sage college for my children basketball game and after the conversation, Evan Zwahlen was able to offer us a competitive price. And another best thing Evan Zwahlen offered for us after a request for a ride to the shop, he willingly sent the courtesy shuttle to pick us from our home at Menands, NY. This made our transportation very comfortable and relaxing. Otherwise, being the last minute decision to come over to Mohawk would have not been that easy. It gave us quite and peaceful mind to come to your dealer shop at Scotia. Evan Zwahlen made the whole buying process more comfortable, relaxing, NEVER EVER pressured us on anything, compared to other staff in other shops, I will NOT compare EVAN ZWAHLEN to anyone. EVAN ZWAHLEN is the best salesperson I have ever met. An interesting point to note, Evan Zwahlen was able to provide us the same color(lava red) of the vehicle we requested and it is the same vehicle Evan Zwahlen took us for test drive. EVAN ZWAHLEN is a kind hearted gentleman, very straight human person, very caring, kept in touch all time, answered and still answering all our queries anytime. EVAN ZWAHLEN is a good and great sales person too. Evan Zwahlen gave us the red carpet welcome to buy 2019 Honda CR-V. We wish him all the best in his future ventures. Also we give Prince Ramnarine the highest rating of all stars for his detail go through of all the features and settings for our 2019 Honda CR-V EX model we bought that day 30th November,2019.
