My wife and I had a great experience buying our first brand new car here today. I had been in contact with Heather at the dealership and she was great at helping me set up a time to come in. Once I got t brand new car here today. I had been in contact with Heather at the dealership and she was great at helping me set up a time to come in. Once I got there she set us up with Chris Taylor who I don't think could have made the car buying experience any better. I expected to have to spend some time negotiating but from the start of the test drive to having a deal, that was I feel fair for both of us, was about an hour. We met with John in financing who helped us get set up with a loan at the terms we wanted while in fact getting us an even better interest rate then I had prequalified for. Usually the financing office would be the worst part of the experience but this was different. He gave us all the information on warranties and extra protections all while not making us feel pressured at all to purchase anything we didn't want or need. Finally after settling the financials we took delivery of our car. Before leaving Chris introduced us to Prince. Prince was awesome and sat outside in the car with us going over all the technology and features of the car. He also set up my wife's phone and settings to her preferences. We did not feel rushed and he answered any questions we had making sure we understood all the features before leaving the lot. Overall the experience we had buying a car today was easy and we experienced great service by everyone we met. I will definitely be shopping at Mohawk Honda again in the future for any Honda purchases our family makes and will reccomend anyone I know looking to get a Honda to make a trip to Mohawk. More
