We purchased all our vehicle when it was Weiss Toyota and prefer driving the distance to have all services done at dealership. Victory Toyota has taken over and I will continue to go to dealership. I had an emergency at the end of the business day coming off a holiday weekend and the staff at Victory came through to take care of me. They found me a loaner vehicle at the last minute, and then got my c off a holiday weekend and the staff at Victory came through to take care of me. They found me a loaner vehicle at the last minute, and then got my car in right away the next day. Thankfully it turned out to be a minor repair. I can't thank the staff enough for everything they did. I will absolutely trust them again with my vehicle and check with them first on future purchases. More

I went to Victory for a vehicle inspection. I told them ahead of time that my windshield wiper motors were malfunctioning. After inspecting them, they said it would be 1k to fix them. I decline I told them ahead of time that my windshield wiper motors were malfunctioning. After inspecting them, they said it would be 1k to fix them. I declined this offer, as I felt it was very expensive and overpriced. When I came to pick my car up, they still charged me over 200 dollars for the wiper motor inspection , even though nothing was fixed. I complained about this and they refused to lower the charge. I would not recommend this Toyota Dealership. More

My 2nd time buying a car from Weiss Toyota and both times were 5-star experiences. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I suddenly found myself needing a new car. All dealerships were struggling with having n were 5-star experiences. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I suddenly found myself needing a new car. All dealerships were struggling with having new cars on their lots due to the computer chip shortage. However, there was a decent amount of pre-owned cars to choose from on the Weiss Toyota lot if I wasn't overly picky about the color which I wasn’t. Harry N. was able to assist me in finding a pre-owned vehicle that would meet my high expectations. Harry was very professional and exceedingly polite. He took his time to answer all of my questions and I never once felt pressured or rushed. All in all, he made the entire process go very smoothly and I'm happy with my purchase feeling I got a good car at a good rate. Harry also went out of his way to contact me multiple times after the sale to check on how I was doing and was able to answer all the follow-up questions I had regarding some features on the car I was not familiar with. I also would like to give a HUGE shout-out to the folks in the Service Department who helped me maintain my original 2011 Corolla in top mechanical shape over the years. In particular, Prinz who treated my car as though it was his own, Prinz always advised me of rebates, coupons, recalls, and multiple other ways he could in order to help save me money. Any mechanical work I had done at Weiss Toyota was always done right the first time and I feel was done at a fair price, Thanks primarily to the courtesy & professionalism of both Harry & Prinz, I highly recommend Weiss Toyota to anyone in the market for a great car purchasing experience.
