Awesome service experience I took my car in to get the Advanced Car Eye 2.0 installed. It’s a new product that they’ve never done before. They took the time to do the installati I took my car in to get the Advanced Car Eye 2.0 installed. It’s a new product that they’ve never done before. They took the time to do the installation right, keeping my car for as long as was needed to do it properly. Furthermore, they did a whole inspection and sent me a video of the inspection to see what they’re referring to (a first for me). Getting to see my undercarriage in such detail and being reassured that everything was okay was such an empowering feeling that I can’t put it into words. They kept in touch with me regularly all through the process with updates regarding the progress. It was really refreshing. I really enjoy servicing my car at this facility. More

Responding to a courtesy inspection for my car before expir. Overall Service Representative was courteous and professional. Though he pushed to get me to Ok an oil change though my car still had 1000+ miles to g Overall Service Representative was courteous and professional. Though he pushed to get me to Ok an oil change though my car still had 1000+ miles to go before it was due. I declined and said I would set an appointment up closer to when it would be due. He clearly wasn’t happy with my decision, but remained polite and professional. This isn’t meant to be a real negative towards him as I understand his job and wanting to try and get everything done and billed under warranty services for Kuni. But a 1000 miles is a lot of driving still, and I have time before my service warranty is up. What is best for the customer should be the focus. They took 2 hours to do the inspection and supposedly wash and clean my car inside and out. I say supposedly because I could tell it was barely washed and wasn’t vacuumed out or cleaned at all inside. This is a FAR cry from how Kuni BMW used to clean customers’ cars when they came in for service. I waited in the customer lounge area while they inspected my car, etc. Kuni’s lounge is nicely appointed and good size with free WIFI. Which I use to get work done while I wait. They used to offer great pastries, fruit and coffee, coke, etc. The pastries and fruit are now dismal at best. There are other “little things/ impressions” that are not easily defined, but are nonetheless noticeable, that convey that they are not adhering to the high-class level they used to be known for. They are cutting corners and the customer IS noticing. When you buy a BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, you expect a level of treatment and amenities that are in concert with the level of economy of the cars. When I chose to purchase my BMWs from Kuni, I based my decision on the customer service, treatment and quality and reputation of the dealership, as well as the car. I am a very practical business owner who is very focused on quality and value. Kuni needs to be careful they don’t compromise their customers away to another dealership. More

On time installation of 4 new Michelin x3 tires Priscilla, the BMW Advisor delivered. She was able to complete the job as agreed, and she was very nice, helping me carry one of my bags as I transfer Priscilla, the BMW Advisor delivered. She was able to complete the job as agreed, and she was very nice, helping me carry one of my bags as I transfer them from one vehicle to another. She also made sure I got the answer to my question regarding how I can add Apple car play into my 2017. She said that I simply have to go to "Connected Drive" stored in my X3 menu and purchase the upgrade for about $300. I have not done in yet, but I would be in a few days. Overall rating: 5 stars! More

Two recalls on my BMW. I was impressed with how smooth the experience with Kuni BMW was. My Advisor, Priscilla was amazing and timely with her communications with me.
