First time at Cape Coral I was expecting the usual just shopping experience..... that being bombarded by sales pepole. That did not happen. Instead I was greeted by a very personable sales person named shopping experience..... that being bombarded by sales pepole. That did not happen. Instead I was greeted by a very personable sales person named Quentin. He first welcomed me to Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and then asked if he could help with anything. I told him the particular vehicle that I was looking for and he went a brought it up. We test drove and he was exposing the options etc. and demonstrated them to me. There was no pressure at all which was very refreshing. We made a deal and everything was perfect. The process was almost calming because there was never any pressure from sales or management. I also wanted a hitch installed and once the parts came in I scheduled and that was flawless as well. I was nervous about what to expect but once I saw the finished product it was just like a factory instal. I personally would highly recommend Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram If your in the market for a vehicle go see Q (Quentin) I know you will be happy with him. More

Seems there were more than one Credit Ran on my app. When i first looked at the truck wasn't in need of touch up. after i signed waiting for it seems lost of paint chip area's. Examples related to scheduling of added features ( Bed Liner - timing) Seat Cover ( white stitching with Black Leather, final product lacked the white stitching, Salesperson made excuses but never accepted any responsibility) promise to switch floor mats with weather floor mats, then wanted to charge us for the mats. Charge for the bed liner was $1100 while the services department was selling them for $950 and offering 15% off. This was not offered to us. More
