Went for po302 code and all they did was reset the engine light and charged me 1800 dollar for replacing 6 spark plugs Four days later engine light came back on Took it back same code again They said I light and charged me 1800 dollar for replacing 6 spark plugs Four days later engine light came back on Took it back same code again They said I had a crack in overflow reservoir wanted 800 to fix that problem I said no Fix engine light All they did was reset it Four days later engine light came back on same code again This time said it was blown head gasket and wanted 5200 dollars to fix I said no Please fix engine light After looking into everything the dealer did nothing to begin with Since the first time I went they lied to me about fixing the engine code I had to take to a private garage to have them look at it Upon looking at it they found no spark plugs had been changed and no blown head gasket This dealer charged me for work but never did work I demanded a refund on money they told me no and called me a liar saying they did the work and I have proof from other garage they didn’t do work I would never recommend any Work or anybody in this dealer More

I've bought three vehicles from this dealer and have never had an issue until recently. I purchased a 2026 durango from this dealer back in September. I looked on the website and found a few durangos th never had an issue until recently. I purchased a 2026 durango from this dealer back in September. I looked on the website and found a few durangos that I liked and that fit into my budget and I really wanted leather seats and blind spot monitoring. When I got there, apparently the website was not accurate and most of the durangos I liked were at the Chesapeake location. They let me test drive a 2026 GT Plus and I fell in love with it but it was too far out of my budget. The dealership found me a Durango that had leather seats and blind spot monitoring and was going to have it shipped from Chesapeake to the Newport News location. They ended up bringing me the wrong vehicle and I ended up with cloth seats. They told me they brought the wrong one but that it was better and it was more expensive but the dealership "ate the extra money it cost." I didn't say anything because it was well after 6pm when I finally got the durango and I had been there since around 11am. I was very much ready to leave by this point! The excitement of getting a brand new car had worn off and I didn't even have Q show me how to work anything on thr durango because I was ready to leave by this point. It was such a draining day and I can honestly say that I am absolutely regretting buying this durango (cannot stress how much I hate cloth seats!) And I wish I could sell it back to the dealership without getting upside down in a payment. I wish I would of put my foot down at the dealership and ended up paying for something that I liked. I also purchased lojack and apparently there was an issue with installing it and no one from the dealership bothered to tell me until I called to inquire about lojack, so I had been paying for a service that wasn't installed properly.. how is that okay? More
