Attention please be advice that Brandon Tomes Subaru in McKinney is the worst place to purchase a car. They make all kinds of promises to get the car sales but don’t care about their customers. They will falsely add things on the paper work without your concern and false your signature thinking you won’t see it. They will also make excuses when you ask them for a copy of the contract. Please make sure to record everything on camera and also make sure to take pictures of every paper work you put your signature on. This company is threatening me to take down my review from the public before they can give me a refund. Please take your business somewhere else where you are valued as a customer. More

Failed to provide all required paperwork at the time of purchase, including the bill of sale. I had to call and email multiple times before finally receiving it. After more than a month of ownership, I purchase, including the bill of sale. I had to call and email multiple times before finally receiving it. After more than a month of ownership, I still had not received my registration. When I called the DMV, I was told the plates I had been given were registered to a completely different vehicle (a 2022 Toyota), even though my VIN was correctly titled in my name. This meant I was unknowingly driving with improper registration. A serious legal risk. When I explained the situation to a manager named “Tyler,” his only response was, “Did you want to continue?” before hanging up. I was never called back. It took another week and a half of repeated calls and emails before the correct plates and registration were finally provided. Based on my experience, management showed little concern for the mistakes they made or the legal risk I was placed in. I will never return to this dealership and cannot recommend them to anyone. Buyer beware. More

Jamie was an awesome, customer service/sales. She is the ONLY reason why I purchased here. The floor/sales managers who I never spoke with lack the customer service aspect of thier jobs. The Sales "Director" left the sale hanging and even after I sent an email to the dealership management could not even take the time to make sure that thier initial dropping the ball was followed through. Then the person(s) who set up the finance end of the deal, would not take the original amount of what I planed to put down on the car because it wasn't a "good deal" for them which caused my interest rate and monthly payment to be at least double what it would have been had they taken the original amount I was planning to put down. I was also forced to set up insurance on the car BEFORE I ever even was told the figures. I was told I had to in order for them to complete the financing, before I agreed to the finance or signed.
