If I can add a 0 star I would.. unfortunately we went there for a specific car we spent 5 hours doing all the paper work once we moved to the financing department they stated some fake lie about how the there for a specific car we spent 5 hours doing all the paper work once we moved to the financing department they stated some fake lie about how the bank couldn’t finance me the car because of the high mileage which doesn’t makes sense at all and was a lie because once we left the car was pulled back to the front office obviously they had someone interested in it who obviously had a high down payment upfront for it cause the next day the car was off the market. I’m upset because that’s not professional at all I was approved but last minute they pulled this bs on me about mileage. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend they at all their interest is about money not about helping families get their dream car . I hate that I wasted 5 hours for them to low ball me into leaving so they can sell it to someone who got there last hour before store closes when I was there for 5hrs approved and almost done signing..
