My daughter had her heart set on a Kia Sportage. I wanted to go to Little Rock but she said she had business in Conway and it would be more convenient. When asked about the “service contract” I sa I wanted to go to Little Rock but she said she had business in Conway and it would be more convenient. When asked about the “service contract” I said no thank you. When you spend hours there and are ready to go - you are just like “let me sign”. I did not realize that the business person stuck that $4000 weight on my contract until I got the stuff in the mail to do our tags. Do you know what you get for $4000? 2 free oil changes!!!!!! She took her sportage to get oil changed and tires rotated (which is NOT included in the service contract.). Also she is a single mom of 2 young kids and she lost a key fob. Does that $4000 service contract cover a key fob replacement? Heck NO!!!! Make sure you check your contract and not get screwed paying $4000 for TWO OIL CHANGES!!!!!! More
