There was absolutely no need for this to occur as I did not require their financing nor did I This dealership ran my credit without my authorization. After three weeks, I followed up with my sales consultant who advised me they would not be fulfilling this request after all. Requested assistance with having a wireless charger installed. Even though it’s in the brochure for the vehicle I purchased this dealership is not familiar with it. After three days, I didn’t hear back from my sales consultant on my request so I reached out to the parts/service department which caused my sales consultant to become agitated. It took 5 days total to receive a response on a sismple request. More
