Easiest car buying experience ever, excellent dealership! We were in the market for a new car but weren't sure what we wanted; an SUV, a sedan or something else. Jeff, the salesman, did his up-front homework and had close to a dozen vehicles earmarked for us to look at when we arrived. Jeff accommodated us with test drives of several different vehicles. Jeff had amazing knowledge about all of the vehicles, he is a wealth of information about cars and their specifications. We selected a car and then sat down for the typically dreadful purchase negotiations. We were pleasantly surprised with the no-pressure approach that Jeff, Albert, the Finance Manager, and Steve, the Sales Manager, took with us. I am typically a skeptic when it comes to buying anything, even more so when it is a major purchase such as a vehicle. I must say that purchasing a car from Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers dispelled much of my skepticism about the used car industry; I believe they care about the customer and were very intent upon making sure my wife and I were taken care of at every step of the process. I would not only recommend Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers to a friend, I'd recommend them to all of my friends and family. They are great, AAA++ in my book. Jeff, Albert, Steve and Dan were all excellent, a big "Thank You" to all of them. I rarely rate any experience with 5 stars across the board but I am happy to do that for Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers and their great staff. I will surely buy from them again in the future. More

Jeffrey Overman helped me find a car that was just right for me and after a few test drives I was sold ! Daniel Gagne was also helpful and cut me one heck of a deal . These two gentleman made me feel at ease & I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase ! After it was all said and done Rich Odisho got me in and out with my paperwork . Not to mention Steve hunt , the man was so busy but still found time to meet me and make sure that I was taken care of . If you're a savy buyer like myself, then come to Rock Mountain ! The prices are unbeatable and the selection they have to offer is outstanding . Im recommending this place to ALL my friends and family because I of the experience that I had !!!!! More

Don't be afraid of the new guy I don't like shopping for cars...the whole process can be unpleasant and tense. My wife and I stumbled on a car we had been eyeing and we were greeted I don't like shopping for cars...the whole process can be unpleasant and tense. My wife and I stumbled on a car we had been eyeing and we were greeted by Jeff...the new guy at the dealership. Scary right? Wrong! Jeff was accommodating and knowledgeable (but NOT a know-it-all) and most importantly he actually LISTENED to us! We didn't expect to purchase so quickly but Rocky Mountain made the deal happen. They worked with our trades (a car and a motorcycle) and surprisingly even beat our pre-approved interest rate from our local credit union...don't be afraid to shop at Rocky Mountain and most importantly for us...don't be afraid of the new guy! More

Overall good experience Eddie was super friendly and easy to work with. Only suggestion is to know the product a bit better. They were very accommodating in letting us drive Eddie was super friendly and easy to work with. Only suggestion is to know the product a bit better. They were very accommodating in letting us drive several cars. Main complaint was that it took quite a long time to go through financing and then when it came time to sign papers, it felt rushed. Overall we had a good experience and were treated well. More

Eddie helped me from the time I walked in, through the entire process. He listened to why I was focused on the cars I had chosen to test drive, and recommended one additional vehicle to test drive that had everything in it I wanted. I did not buy that car, but it did have everything I wanted. Dan, the floor manager, arranged for Eddie to pick me up from home when I took delivery of the vehicle. I brought financing, so I skipped that part of the car buying experience, but overall, I liked ghe experience! More
