I have been with Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers since the start of it. We are family owned and operated. I am the son of the owner and I have been in the car business since 1997, right out of high school. I have many years in the business but I also have many years left. I also have a 7 year old son you may even catch running around the store every once in a while after school, and learning what it takes to make sure the customers are leaving with quality pre-owned vehicles. This family has been in the car business for over 40 years and plans on being in it for many more years to come. So for that matter we strive to keep our positive legacy alive and well. I love my new (used) car! Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers, for me, was an excellent choice of dealers to visit. Yes, they had an excellent selection of very nice used cars – much better than most. My purchase price was significantly better than fair – I really did get an excellent price. There was no sense of used car salesman “untrust” – or “buyer beware”. Daniel Gagne, my salesman, was amazing. He actually renewed my faith in the existence of an honorable, honest, used car salesman. Everything was clear and upfront. I was very pleasantly surprised in the large selection of excellent used autos they had. Very nice ones. It was not an easy choice as my wife and I narrowed it down to 4 “finalists” before we made our final choice. There was no pressure at all and he made buying a car a pleasant experience. Rocky, the owner’s son who runs the location, was pleasant and easy to work with. After some going back and forth he accepted my offer. Again, I am more than delighted with the excellent car I was able to buy at a good price. I plan on going back in a few months when we are ready to replace my wife’s car. "Heads up to anyone out there that may be considering purchas"

We bought a car from them in August. This wason a Friday afternoon, so they let us drive it over the weekend until they could get the car in for their "Safety" inspection at Midas. We had warning lights come on for the traction control, which we informed them about. They put the car through their "safety" test, and said that t only needed brakes and rotors, and that was the reason the warning went off. A week or so later and the car was shaking at 50+ mph, so we took it in to have the tires rotated and balanced, and it turns out that there were TWO DIFFERENT SIZED TIRES on the car. After many calls, they finally agreed to find us a "used" tire to match the others. Another couple of weeks go by and traction control warnings go off again. Took it to the GMC dealer and were shocked to find that it needed 10,000 in repairs. Of those repairs all but one should have EASILY seen in a "safety" inspection. We bought the car as is, (Lesson learned!!!) so we are stuck with a car that cost 15,500, and needs 10,000 in repairs!

Really none of that has any relevance The most important thing is I said bring it to my shop so we can confirm or deny there was any issues with the truck You never did that nor did you respond saying why you never did that I don't know how to post a picture on dealer rater it doesn't give you the ability to do that But sure enough on the bottom of the paper you gave us it says minus military 5800 I be glad to send it to your phone I don't lie cheat or steal I know that Franchise dealerships like to sell from fear Making it like the car's gonna fall apart so you spend money in their service department that's why they're serviced Departments or twice the size of the sales It's A huge profit center I was more than willing to take a look at your car and if something was broken That we missed fix it But not for nothing we sell extended service contracts just in case there is an issue after the sale But sometimes people want to take the risk not spend the money and just use review websites to extort the dealership into fixing their car for free But once again I'd be curious to know why your vehicle never wound up at my shop Instead you left and just decided to bashes online A months later I still have all your paperwork it was sitting on my reconditioning manager's desk because I told him to hold on to it until you went to the shop Why would I hang on to that if I had no intentions of reviewing the vehicle

Ok, now you are making things up. We DID NOT crash into a ditch. I had to pull over to the side of the road, because the car would not go over 20. HUGE difference! Yes at the dealership we only paid the $135 because that was the charge for them to do the DIAGNOSTIC only. The only thing that was covered under warranty was the recall for the struts for the back door. I have absolutely no clue why you said that we were given a $5,800 military discount. And you want us to take it back to the original shop that couldn't even tell us there was two different size tires on the car. Please show the Bill of sale showing that "discount". I have mine and I can post it! No problem at all....if you dont post it I will!

Hi Don, Rocky here, so we called Ferguson to find out what you are talking about in this review. The last thing I told you to do was to take the Acadia to my shop so we can confirm what you were saying the car needed. After talking to them, they told us that all you paid for was a $135, and all the other items where covered under recalls or warranty. We also remember you telling us about you or your wife running into a ditch with the vehicle trying to avoid a accident, so that would most definitely break sway bars, struts and a few other items that were on the estimate. If you would have taken it to my shop like i told you to, we could have worked something out. Also I can see you were given a $5800 military discount so if you take that off, then the $4000 that is left, I figured out what it would cost me to fix it with out the 400% mark up GMC is charging and I could get that bill down to a $1000 or $2000 and It would still be down to whether or not the items broke after you crashed into a ditch or before.

I have bought many vechiles in my time. I was treated very well. They were very honest. I will tell all my friends about them. I bought a nissan frontier with ony 33,000 miles on it. I shopped around most of the trucks i found had over 90,000 miles on them and they wanted like $3500 more.. I am so happy i was able to get such a great deal. HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY IS ALL I CAN SAY.
