Through dedication and consistency, I was given the opportunity to step into management on two separate occasions, gaining valuable leadership experience and a deeper understanding of dealership operations. I came in to Colonial Subaru to have my 2019 Cross Trek serviced and found out unexpectedly that at 255,000 miles it was time to replace my car. I went to the dealership late yesterday because I really needed a car. I was stressed about finding the right vehicle and getting everything done in time. When I arrived, I told Rob that I had already sp needed a car. I was stressed about finding the right vehicle and getting everything done in time. When I arrived, I told Rob that I had already spoken with Khavy about the car. From the start, Rob was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. He answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed, even though it was getting late. What meant the most to me was that he understood how important it was for me to leave with the car that day. He stayed with me until almost 8 PM to make sure everything was taken care of. He waited while the finance manager finished the paperwork and payment process, and even after the sale was completed, he took extra time to show me how to use the features in my new car. I told him I was nervous about driving my new car a long distance the next day, and he listened to my concerns and answered every question I had. By the time I left, I felt much more confident and comfortable. Rob went above and beyond for me, and I truly appreciate the time, patience, and care he showed throughout the entire experience. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about his customers, I highly recommend asking for Rob. More
