I started my journey in the automotive industry at the ground level, washing cars before moving into a detailer position where I learned the importance of presentation, pride in the work, and attention to detail. From there, I worked my way into sales, motivated by the opportunity to grow and connect with customers on a more personal level. Through dedication and consistency, I was given the opportunity to step into management on two separate occasions, gaining valuable leadership experience and a deeper understanding of dealership operations. Today, I’m proud to be at Colonial Subaru, where I focus on providing the highest level of knowledgeable and professional customer service. With years of hands-on experience in multiple roles, I bring a well-rounded perspective to every interaction. Whether helping someone find the right new or pre-owned vehicle, my goal is always to make the process smooth, honest, and enjoyable while using the knowledge I’ve built throughout the years.
