Sales keeps calling me to sell. Service let me drive my car off the lot with out torquing the lug nuts. I have mixed reviews. When picking up my vehicle, no one acknowledged me when I came in. While waiting for the cashier, the male service attendant was complaining about work very explicitly with colorful language. When calling for an appointment I asked for oil change and state inspection. My husband noticed this week, the state inspection had not been done. Now I have to return. So no I will not recommend your dealership. The staff is unprofessional and not capable of following simple instructions. More

Communication was extremely poor. Service # changed frequently on website and all calls went to voice mail system, did not receive any responses. Brought car in for inspection and on Service # changed frequently on website and all calls went to voice mail system, did not receive any responses. Brought car in for inspection and only found out it had failed when I visited in person to check on status. Needed a diagnostic test, which I okayed. Was only able to reach service department later the next day for results by calling main number, ignoring prompts and selecting "0" to actually speak to someone. This person nicely offered to walk over to the service department to ask them to call me. I was told a part was needed to repair defroster in order to pass inspection, which I authorized. RT did give me the phone number to his desk and thankfully I was able to reach him after that. I had dropped my car off on Sunday evening for a Monday 7:30 am inspection. Due to continued communication problems I did not receive the car back until late Friday afternoon, leaving me without a car for an entire work week. I believe the inability to reach anyone by phone throughout the week significantly delayed the service and caused tremendous inconvenience for me. I would invite you to check your website and see that the service phone # actually changes while on the site and no matter which number you call, you get the same automated menu options. When you finally get to the service option you are told that you are the next caller and are put on hold, then told no one is available and to leave a voice mail message. This happened every time I attempted to call and I never received a call back or response to my message. I purchased my Kia in 2008 and had not had such problems until recently. I am a prime candidate to upgrade to a new vehicle (I recommended your dealership to my neighbor who subsequently bought a new vehicle from you), but am quite hesitant based on my recent experience. Waited until after 5 pm and multiple phone calls and messages to call to let me know about my car. Had to have sales department walk down to tell them twice because they didn't answer or return calls. G messages to call to let me know about my car. Had to have sales department walk down to tell them twice because they didn't answer or return calls. Got there to pick up vehicle and was told they had to order a part and work wasn't completed. Car was dropped off at 730 am to fox known recall issues. Work was scheduled a week in advance. Was told they were short staffed and that was why they couldn't call me back. Looked at summary of work given and the 1 recall the did fix was billed at 1/3 hour of work. Unacceptable to keep car for 10 hours. Not return phone calls. And have done less than 30 minutes of work. And now I have to schedule a second experience with this because they were not prepared to do work they scheduled a week in advance. More
