I have only been here for service a couple of times. The first time was small maintenance and i waited for someone to check me out and give me my key for 30 minutes before i caused a stink, but to their The first time was small maintenance and i waited for someone to check me out and give me my key for 30 minutes before i caused a stink, but to their credit, they comped the service because of the hassle. Recently, i went there with an engine issue that is a known problem with Kia. I waited 3 days for them to get back to me after I dropped it off after waiting 3 weeks to get in for a service appointment . and instead of replacing the engine, they offered me cleaning service at $750 and tune up for $550 , none of which solves the problem. Just kicks the can down the road until it's out of warranty. I bought a new vehicle yesterday. It is not a Kia and I did not get it from Southern. More

Service agents need to be better trained. The mechanic sent me a text message with a video around 8:00 about the service that had been done. By 11:00 I still had not heard from the service de The mechanic sent me a text message with a video around 8:00 about the service that had been done. By 11:00 I still had not heard from the service department that my car was ready. I had to call and was told that receiving the video didn't mean my car was ready?? I then received a call a few minutes after that about my car being ready. Also, my car had been missing a Kia logo on the pinstripe from when the car was purchased. The service agent lost the one that was supposed to be installed on 11/11. RIDICULOUS More

I made my appt. through a third party who never informed Southern Kia!! When I showed up and they didn't have me on their schedule, they fit me in anyway! Very rude people the service manager was very nasty towards me. Try and explain to me that something was wrong with my car and there was nothing wrong with my car went in there for a oil change and a r towards me. Try and explain to me that something was wrong with my car and there was nothing wrong with my car went in there for a oil change and a recall had to go back because my car wasn’t balanced right tire pressure. All of that was off took my car to another place. Kia told me that I had a leak was therefore there was no leak so taking advantage of people I will never go to southern Kia again ever. More

Good in service when vehicle is less than five years old, but with an older vehicle. It took 3 months to get a switch recall ordered and replaced, and I had to make the call to remind them that it was ordere but with an older vehicle. Very disappointed with scheduling services. Unable to schedule required or requested repairs. Service representatives do not answer the telephone and when you leave a message they do not call y Unable to schedule required or requested repairs. Service representatives do not answer the telephone and when you leave a message they do not call you even when you leave 3-4 voicemail for them. I scheduled a repair and the new part was defective and they rescheduled me 3 weeks later. After waiting 4 weeks I called the 800 service line because no one answered my call the my local dealership. I was informed the part had arrived 10 days prior to my call. The repair/ replacement was scheduled 7 days later. We love our Sorento., but communication and service is terrible and unacceptable. More
