Not very friendly except the lady who check me out she was great. Mr. Ives was not friendly at all . You need to have some one in that area to help the people back in that area to greet their next custo was great. Mr. Ives was not friendly at all . Had an 8:30am appt. Had my car all day, never called…. Or answered the phone. Had to Uber both ways. Got there at 4:45 and they never touched it. Dealership canceled on me the Friday before. After I waited two month for my appointment. Rescheduled me for the following week. Absolutely awful service. Purchased 5 vehicles there and was great until about 2022. Purchased a vehicle over 2 years ago with the promise of a hitch- still don't have it on. Had my vehicle serviced there last week and they hit the car. Spent a week trying to contact someone to start repairs, left more than a dozen messages with no return until I finally threatened to take matters higher. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone ever again. More
