No communication. Fraudulent service department. Did not fix my car. Back in the shop same day as it was "fixed" after 18 days of waiting for repairs. Had to take off Fraudulent service department. Service very slow for factory recalls. The initial diagnosis for a windshield recall was grossly misdiagnosed. They said the smoke test on the windshield showed clear but we were still abl The initial diagnosis for a windshield recall was grossly misdiagnosed. They said the smoke test on the windshield showed clear but we were still able to push the windshield up and loose with our finger. It was subsequently fixed but it included a significant additional wait time. More

Took 2 months to get a key fob, door handle replaced and mirror tightened. Sales person LIED and told me twice parts were ordered only to find out the were not. Tried numerous times to contact dealer about mirror tightened. Sales person LIED and told me twice parts were ordered only to find out the were not. Tried numerous times to contact dealer about the issues but no response. Only received a response when I drove 40 miles from my home in Suffolk and spoke to someone in person, which was the LYING salesperson. POOR customer service to say the least! The dealer only has one service writer. When I finally got the door handle replaced, the key fob was still not there and had to be obtained from another dealer. TWO MONTHS after the salesperson told me it would be there in one week. More
