I had an appointment at 9:30 AM on a Tuesday, the car didn't get looked at until Thursday afternoon. I asked them to replace the cabin filter with the one I purchased which was sitting on the front passe didn't get looked at until Thursday afternoon. I asked them to replace the cabin filter with the one I purchased which was sitting on the front passenger floor, the writer put that on the order. They put in a new filter from their stock! I went to pick the car up on the following Monday, it wasn't ready! They did give me estimates on the work I needed done, but had it done elsewhere for more than half their estimate. I know they have had some issues with service techs at this location, but if they are going to allow you to schedule an appointment, they should be honoring that date/time. More
