We were in a car accident recently and had to purchase another car within a week. This was our first time buying a car at a dealership and we had a ton of questions. RaShawn was very polite and extremely patient; he answered all the questions he was able to and for the questions he was unable to answer, he promptly got someone who could answer them. The level of professionalism and customer service RaShawn provided was outstanding. Erna helped us transfer and adjust our car insurance with such ease and professionalism. I am very grateful she was there to help us with the transition. I would recommend my friends and family to RaShawn when they need to buy a vehicle, because I know he would treat them fairly and with excellent customer service.
