Whitney went above and beyond to ensure we got the perfect car for us. She literally went searching through inventory on a truck that hadn’t even been processed yet. Edward was the best sales consultant I have ever worked with. He was the most knowledgeable about the product. I am a self professed car fanatic, yet he impressed me with his knowledge and confidence in th with. He was the most knowledgeable about the product. I am a self professed car fanatic, yet he impressed me with his knowledge and confidence in the products Volvo offers. He was very respectful and placed no pressure on me to close the deal. He made the entire process smooth and his follow through was top notch. He kept in touch and provided great personal detail to my sales experience. I will be referring anyone I can go work with Edward and the team at Crest Volvo. This is my second experience with a Crest dealer and they outperformed all other dealers again to earn my business.
