I didn't buy my car at Kia of Port Charlotte but the service is beyond compare with my original dealer. Everything is done promptly and everyone is very courteous. I went in for my first oil change, the car wasn't under my name but my miothers which is totally wrong. Was told i might have some courtesy services. Had to pay $21.60 to replace the drivers side windshiel my name but my miothers which is totally wrong. Was told i might have some courtesy services. Had to pay $21.60 to replace the drivers side windshield wiper, that Kia put on in Novemeber when i purchased the car. I don't feel i should have had to pay for it. I look so forward to the free car wash and front vacuum service only to discover my car still had dirt on the hood and it wasn't vacuumed at all. The service department people are rude and Steven is a nightmare to deal with. He seems unable to explain anything with any kind of confidence. Again a terrible experience. More
