I had to charge my car battery this morning and take it into Brandon Honda dealership. I was greeted with a nice gentleman who referred me to Rachel. All of the vehicles were also serviced at Brandon Honda.By the way the 2006 Accord EX still is in very good shape and has 368k miles and is driven daily.As you can see I have met a lot of people over the years. Truly an amazing service done by Rachel VanHart. She immediately step-up to handle the incident problem that I encountered and mess up by one of the Service Advisor. Brought my Honda in for service on my transmission. Rachel introduced me to Ryan Foster to handle my issue. Ryan was very professional and kept me up to date through the entire process.
