I drive around 5k a month because of my work so after about 150k miles I will trade for new Honda. I have had five Hondas, including a Two Civics (my son is now driving my 2014 Honda Civic), a Fit, an A about 150k miles I will trade for new Honda. I have had five Hondas, including a Two Civics (my son is now driving my 2014 Honda Civic), a Fit, an Accord, and now a Honda Pilot. Four of the Five have been bought at Brandon Honda. The bottom line is that after driving almost a million miles in Hondas I have never broken down or had a problem. zero. I have had the cars serviced at Brandon Honda and never had a problem, no unnecessary work done etc. I reason I have had five is that each time I needed a different model or gave one I had to a family member who needed a car. If not probably would still be driving the first one. I needed the Pilot to pull a boat but honestly loved the Fit the most. When I retire I will look for a Fit. I have met Rachel several times and she is outstanding. Thanks Brandon Honda More

I took my car in for service and Jerry was my serviceman. He took the time to listen to what I needed and I was in and out in under 1 1/2. I came Yesterday to the dealership to get an oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted by Thomas gernhart. He was friendly and gave an estimate which was higher from what I was used to. I told him that I and tire rotation. I was greeted by Thomas gernhart. He was friendly and gave an estimate which was higher from what I was used to. I told him that I usually pay less than that so he went to my account and told me that there was no discount for me. I told him that they usually check couple discount before I am a loyal customer and a disabled vet with no job. With no sympathy he reply that he was a vet too and those people were gone and he need to pay his technicians and if the dealership doesn’t make money it will close. I was hurt so I called for the manager and spoke to Jenn and she was wonderful and gave me couple discount with no if or but . I stated that it was easy and he finally admitted that he was brand new and was unable to offer any discount because the dealership doesn’t trust him yet .He should of said that from the beginning instead of giving a lesson about not making money. Also, when they rotated my tires they did not inflate them so had to go back Update After posting this review. Rachel Van Hart called me to apologize the way Thomas handle the situation. She was very professional and credited my account for my next service. She promised to coach him more on how to properly speak to customer. Way to go Rachel and thank you for making my day More
