Exceptional Service I had two flat tires in one week. One on Sunday and one on Friday. A + on Service I drove right up to service line and was welcomed by personnel. Short wait as was helped right away. Assistant Service Manager, Kyle Lampp came out ri I drove right up to service line and was welcomed by personnel. Short wait as was helped right away. Assistant Service Manager, Kyle Lampp came out right away to help me..I followed him to hie desk and quickly was programmed in computer of what I needed and I went into customer lounge and waited. It was quickly repaired and am going back for more service to my car in the next couple of weeks. 2nd Service in new Accord I enjoy getting my car serviced at Brandon Honda every time. The only frustrating part is every time I come in I have to work with another service per I enjoy getting my car serviced at Brandon Honda every time. The only frustrating part is every time I come in I have to work with another service person. Rachel was my original person since 2013, then it was Jennifer and now it is Augie. I would prefer to have the same person to work with every single time. I prefer Rachel or Jen and that’s it. Rachel and I have a relationship and she understands my needs. More

We purchased our Odyssey from Brandon Honda new in 2010 and have been using them to maintain it since but around 2014 Rachel came on board and has added that extra since of care and thoughtfulness that puts them over the top in service. I was a bid surprised he was still there. Turn over in car dealership personnel is well known. He took the information and turned it to Kendall in sales He told them to treat us like family. Ron is the salesman that bent over and worked the numbers on our last Cr-v 5 years ago. No deal is ever perfect, but both have to work at it. People persons are all that work at Brandon Honda.
