It was very difficult to get in touch with Jason and I had to actually threaten to put a review online with the salesman in which case Jason called me within 5 to 10 minutes I brought the truck back in. They did a complete extremely thorough inspection. I think the table was about eight $900. They picked up the entire tab so that was good, but the fact that this truck needed lifters needed camshaft when they got put back together, which took a good three 3 1/2 weeks I needed a torque converter and then when I got the torque converter, it still didn't run right I need a brand new spark plugs, then have to speak to Jason. I brought it into his dealership instead of the GMC and it needed a new battery. I mean you people don't check this stuff out. The experience was not enlightening. I'll tell you that please feel free to contact me at 727-657-8663. I requested another 90 day warranty, which I think was justifiably sold, I wasn't asking too much. Never even got back to me on that so not impressed with your customer service however, Rachel, if you could do a scale of one to 10 I'd give her 100. She's phenomenal. More

Upon arrival the whole check in process was excellent. They will even drop your car off if you have to work. Rachel made it very simple and easy explaining the process which I was very pleased with. Last car was done and finished to specs.
