Rachel Long - Service adviser Rachelle Long has been the Service person I have dealt with since getting our 2013 Explorer. She has always been excellent, even took it upon herself Rachelle Long has been the Service person I have dealt with since getting our 2013 Explorer. She has always been excellent, even took it upon herself one time to do the free wash because everyone else was busy. She keeps tabs on any recall work that needs to be checked and follows up after the appointment to be sure all was done to my satisfaction. Only complaint would be the lousy music they had on in the lounge along with the TV, no need for music if the TV is on. More

I was early for I rated Gorsch Ford for their excellent service & the assistance & courtesy given to me by Rachelle Long my Service Sales Consultant. I was early for my appointment to drop my Ranger off for the air bag warranty recall work, but was waited on immediately & Ms. Long was called in the help me. I was in & out in minutes. Although I told Ms. Long I could not pick up my truck until the next day, within 5 hours, I received a call from Ms. Long an was told if I wanted my truck was ready to be picked or I could get it on Friday anytime. When I did pick up my truck today I had been given a free wash & service check. plus, I was in & out in no time. The service provided was superior and my Ms. Long was very helpful - unlike my 2 prior experiences at Lake Elsinore Ford and having Jerry as my service representative. After my last experience with Lake Elsinore Ford in 2017 I have been taking my truck to a privately owned repair shop & although I have owned several different Ford vehicles, I considered never going a a Ford dealer again. Thank you Ms. Long and Gosch Ford Temecula for showing me not all service centers are the same. More
