I don't like the way the advertised price doesn't reflect the actual sale price! Alex was quite helpful and courteous but the "closer" was less than helpful. Didn't like his pushing the sale. The experience was ok overall. Reagan, the finance manager was excellent. My issue was that I specifically asked about a potential issue with the tires after test driving. After sometime I was assured there was no issue with the tires, just normal wear. The next day, our local tire shop that we have used for 10 years advised we needed new tires. They also informed my wife that one front tire was unsafe and needed to be replaced immediately. I feel like this was dishonest of the dealership. I understand it’s the buyer’s responsibility. However, I very specifically asked about this issue and was assured nothing was wrong. More
