I felt they really went to bat for me to get my business. They mentioned they could get a vehicle from any Morgan group auto. Unfortunately a week later I tried following up to make a second purchase after finding a Vehicle in network and never received a call or text back despite reaching out to salesman and Used Car Manager multiple times. The lack of follow up push my rating to fair and show little support after initial sale. More

Very positive experience. I worked with Moises and he was very welcoming, as was everyone else. They didn’t waste my time and got me in and out very quick. Hands down the most I worked with Moises and he was very welcoming, as was everyone else. They didn’t waste my time and got me in and out very quick. Hands down the most positive car buying experience I’ve ever had! Will be going back for any future vehicles More

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone wishing to purchase a Nissan product. While in the process of purchasing this vehicle, I had several phone conversations with the sales manager who kept refe to purchase a Nissan product. While in the process of purchasing this vehicle, I had several phone conversations with the sales manager who kept referring to me as Bubba after telling him my name was not Bubba. I guess he was thought he was just being cute. The sales staff were not friendly and courteous they seem it did not matter if they sold a vehicle or not while at the dealership, finishing the paperwork for the purchase of the car music in the showroom was so loud I could not hear on the phone to speak to my insurance agent to get the paperwork they requested. I stepped outside, so I could hear the deal that I received on the car. I feel was fair, but the treatment I received and the demeanor of the sales staff, I would not return to this dealership for another vehicle purchase. More
