I recently worked with Roundtree on a trade. The deal went well after explaining where I needed price and payment to be they were able to make it work. I felt they really went to bat for me to get my business. They mentioned they could get a vehicle from any Morgan group auto. Unfortunately a week later I tried following up to make a second purchase after finding a Vehicle in network and never received a call or text back despite reaching out to salesman and Used Car Manager multiple times. The lack of follow up push my rating to fair and show little support after initial sale. More
